  • Payment must be fully completed and processed before manufacturing finalization or product dispatch.

  • We accept payments via major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express), Shopify Balance, PayPal, or SEPA direct debit.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping times vary based on production timelines, regional destination, and selected courier method.
  • Standard inventory orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Bespoke casting commissions and wholesale productions require dedicated fabrication timelines communicated upon order placement.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier networks, postal carrier issues, or international customs procedures.
  • Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless an explicit promotional free-shipping offer is applied.
  • Risk of loss passes entirely to the customer once the package is securely handed over to our designated courier service.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • Standard retail items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unaltered, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Custom items, bespoke manufacturing commissions, or personalized designs are strictly final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless explicitly verified as defective upon arrival.
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method upon physical receipt and inspection approval of the item.
  • Return shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer unless the return is due to our internal packing error or a manufacturing defect.
