FAQs

How is silver wire sold at VeroMelt?

All wire is sold by the centimeter: 1 piece = 1 cm. For example, selecting 120 pieces means you’ll receive 120 cm (1.2 meters) of wire.

Will I receive my order as one continuous piece?

We always supply your wire in the longest possible continuous lengths for your chosen gauge:

  • 28–32 gauge: up to 500 cm (5 meters) per piece
  • 22–27 gauge: up to 300 cm (3 meters) per piece
  • 16–21 gauge: up to 100 cm (1 meter) per piece

Orders longer than these maximums will be shipped as several longer pieces (e.g., 800 cm of 28–32 gauge is supplied as 1 × 500 cm + 1 × 300 cm).

Will I get lots of tiny pieces if I order many centimeters?

No. Your wire is always supplied in the longest possible continuous pieces. You will never receive individual 1cm pieces unless specifically requested.

Can I request specific lengths for my order?

Yes! Just leave your preferred lengths as a note at checkout (for example, “please send as two 4m pieces”). We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

How is my silver wire packaged?

Your wire is carefully coiled and sealed in protective packaging to prevent tangling or damage. All orders include anti-tarnish protection. For larger orders or multiple pieces, coils may be individually labeled for your convenience.

How should I store and care for silver wire?
