At VeroMelt, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly, securely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our manufacturing dispatch timelines and delivery windows across the Netherlands, Europe, and international destinations.

1. Shipping Regions

We primarily ship within the Netherlands and across Europe. For premium bespoke deliveries outside Europe, please contact our team at info@veromelt.nl to discuss specific customs arrangements and secure courier routing.

2. Dispatch Location & Shipping Methods

All orders are securely packaged and dispatched from our facility in Amsterdam, Netherlands. We utilize trusted, premium courier networks (such as PostNL, DHL, and DPD) featuring full signature tracking to ensure your high-value fine jewelry or custom-cast orders arrive safely and precisely on time.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on live weight and localized destination rates from our couriers. We maintain complete transparency: there are no hidden handling fees or surcharges added to your package costs.

4. Estimated Production & Delivery Timelines

Because our pieces are created utilizing high-precision resin casting and careful post-processing, fulfillment consists of two stages: Processing and Transit.

  • Order Processing & Production: Standard inventory pieces ship within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order casting designs, customized modifications, or wholesale collections typically require a specific production window which will be clearly communicated upon order confirmation.
  • Transit within the Netherlands: 1–2 business days.
  • Transit within Europe (EU): 3–5 business days (depending on destination country proximity).
  • Transit Outside Europe (International): 5–10 business days.

Please note: Exceptional international customs clearance procedures or local carrier bottlenecks are beyond our direct control and can occasionally alter these estimates.

5. Secure Tracking & Delivery Responsibility

Once your order leaves our Amsterdam facility, a secure tracking code will automatically be sent to your email. Customers are entirely responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and ensuring an authorized individual is present to sign for the secure parcel. VeroMelt is not liable for structural delays stemming from customs checks, incorrect address input, or recipient unavailability.

6. International Delivery Restrictions

Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military APO/FPO addresses, or specific high-risk global import regions. If you are unsure whether your location is fully supported by our premium transport partners, please get in touch with us prior to checkout.
